Returns

  • Eligibility for Return: Returns are only accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please get in touch with us within the 30-day window of receiving your product to discuss the possibility of a return.
  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 30% applies to any returns that are approved. This fee is deducted from your refund to cover the shipping, processing, and restocking of the returned item.
  • Condition of Returned Items: Products must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging and accessories. Items that have been used, altered, or damaged may not be eligible for a return.
  • Refund Process: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, usually within 5-7 business days.

If you are unsure of our product working for your driveway, email us before purchasing. When you receive your ramp, do not set it up until you are certain it will work for your specific driveway.
